Product obtained from sugar, glucose syrup and water. Water-based pomade (suger paste) with a natural , white colour, a sweet taste and aroma typical of sugar. Ideal for the production of delicate, shiny glazing and creamy fillings. It can be mixed with colorants, aromas and fruit concentrates.
